Snow Info
If it should snow:
Check the blog to see if rehearsal is cancelled.
If Holy Cross is closed, there will be no rehearsal.
If your school district is closed, do not come to rehearsal.
If the roads are bad, but your district is not closed (especially later in the evening or on Sundays) do not come to rehearsal.
If we cancel rehearsal, we will post on the blog, send an email to all cast members for whom we have email addresses, and then call cast members. If you see on the blog that rehearsal is cancelled before we contact you, please send us an email so we can save a phone call. Or, if you should get an email stating rehearsal is cancelled, please reply to that email so we know you are aware.
Thanks again, and Merry Christmas!
Wednesday will be the last rehearsal day until January.

FYI
It's best to use the back door of the school- sometimes the front door is locked and we won't know you're out there! If you enter from the back door, walk down the hallway until you run into the Christmas tree, then make a left. Room 131 is at the very end of the hallway. All rehearsals will be in room 131 except for the full cast rehearsals on Sunday afternoons. Thanks much!

IMPORTANT Scheduling Changes
Please note that the rehearsal schedule has been revised. Rehearsals will begin Monday, December 13th. Sunday rehearsals were inadvertently omitted from December. This has been changed as well. "What It Means To Be A Friend" will rehearse on Wednesdays from 3:30-3:50pm in December and 3:30-4:00pm in January/February, "Disneyland" will rehearse from 3:50-4:10pm in December and 4:00-4:30pm in January/February, and "What I Did For Love" will be Mondays from 7:15-7:30pm.
Thanks all!
Also, instrumentalists will be announced later this month.

Help Us Out =)
PLEASE let us know once you have viewed the cast list and rehearsal schedule. If we do not hear from you, we will assume you have not seen it and will attempt to contact you before the first rehearsal. Since we do not want to have to call all 60 cast members, it would be incredibly helpful if you sent us an email. Thanks much!

Casting List and Rehearsal Schedule
Congratulations! We are absolutely thrilled that so many talented performers auditioned. Listed below is the cast list and rehearsal schedule for Helping Haiti Heal: A Cabaret For The Caribbean. Please know that it was VERY difficult to cast solos from such a talented group =).
Please note that there are TWO schedules: one for December and for January/February. We know December is a very busy time for everyone- us included. Please make every attempt to attend your December rehearsal. January/February rehearsals are mandatory.
Due to our large cast, it is likely that we will add a 2pm performance on Sunday, March 13th, in addition to 7pm performances on Friday and Saturday, March 11th and 12th.
After reading this post, we need each cast member to do 3 things:
1) Reply back (either by comment or email) letting us know that you have read the post and accepted your part.
2) Let us know which dates on the December schedule you will not be able to attend.
3) Let us know which dates on the January/February schedule you will not be able to attend. We tried to cast numbers based on availability- sometimes this was not possible. If you are NOT available to rehearse for a number in which you have been cast, please let us know ASAP.
We also kindly request that if you cannot attend a rehearsal, you give us 24 hours notice (either by phone or email). You can reach Jillian Rojek at 351.8610 or rojekj@hotmail.com.
Rehearsal notes:
All rehearsals will take place at Holy Cross High School. Full cast numbers will rehearse in the auditorium. All other numbers will rehearse in room 131.
Please bring water and a binder or folder for your music.
Since many people will be rehearsing for quite some time on Sundays, we suggest you bring a snack – we will have a short snack break for the students on Sundays at 4:45pm. Snack will not be provided- please bring your own!
Any girl who taps is reminded to bring her tap shoes to the first rehearsal.
Any student who does not attend Holy Cross or one of its feeder schools must fill out a photo consent form. You can pick this up at your first rehearsal.
Any student who has not yet filled out a medical form is asked to do so by the next rehearsal. This does not apply to students who attend Holy Cross High School.
Thanks so much and we can’t wait to see everyone at our first rehearsal!!!
